peaceful and fairly clean place overall with good and magnificent location to everything we tried during or 5 night stay. new-fashioned rooms in the colonial style, helpful and attentive stuff. very impressed with a safe box, television, and a mini-fridge-bar available.

Overall very comfortable hotel with complete facilities. The swimming pool is particularly great.
The staff is extremely friendly and definitely trying their best but not always best trained and general poor English - not surprising considering how difficult it is to find qualified staff in Siem Reap but still could be better for an hotel of that standard. Breakfast could be better varied (same buffet for 3 days). And amenities in family room were for only 2 people when they knew we were 4 (3 + baby); we had to ask for additional towels and toilet paper every day.

Fantastic pool, spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable. The air con also worked nicely.
Inconvenient location if you want to do anything at night or leave the hotel - the farthest away from the city center that you can get in Siem Reap, but closest to the airport. The road it's located on is also boring-It's lined with hotels and massive korean restaurants catering to tour groups and that's it. Still, Siem Reap is a small town. To get out to the center with all the restaurants and bars takes about 10 minutes and costs $2-5 on a tuk tuk, one way.

This hotel have big and clean rooms, a big swimming pool and delicious food. At the mean time, we enjoy the service provided by the staff. We especially like our driver, his name is Saody and his English is very good. He brought a lot of happiness to us.
We didn't enjoy the spa and massage service in the hotel, because it's a little expensive for us. I hope it can be cheaper next time.

The hotel's location near the airport made it very convenient for our short stay. We were able to easily access the hotel, and it was a short distance to the anchor temples. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service throughout our 5-night stay.
The hotel's WiFi was inconsistent and didn't work at all in the separate bedroom.
